Tour Update
Due to the recent attack and resulting injuries, Gavin DeGraw has been advised by his doctor to take additional time to recover from his concussion, broken nose and other injuries. He will therefore not be able to perform on the following scheduled concert dates:

Gavin Recovering After Attack in New York
From latimes.com: Singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw was recovering Tuesday in a New York hospital after being attacked and beaten by three men early Monday morning, then getting hit by a cab about a mile away from the scuffle.
The attack occurred around 4 a.m. in New York City's East Village, shortly after the musician parted ways with some drinking buddies. DeGraw suffered a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts and bruises, his publicist said. read more

New Album
On August 9th, Gavin will release a new album titled 'Sweeter'. You can pre-order it at Amazon.com. Read about the new album and Gavin's thoughts about working with co-writers for the first time.
The album's first single, 'Not Over You', which Gavin co-wrote with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, who also produced the track, can be heard below.

Gavin Will Be a Guest Judge on Bravo's "Platinum Hit"
Bravo's new music competition series "Platinum Hit" showcases emerging singer-songwriters on their quest to become the next big hitmaker. The series gives viewers a front row seat to experience the journey and aspirations of these gifted songwriters and an inside look at this unique creative process for the first time.
Some of the most influential musicians will serve as guest judges including Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Donna Summer, Gavin DeGraw, Jermaine Dupri, Taio Cruz and Ryan Tedder.
The series follows 12 musicians as they battle through innovative songwriting challenges testing their creativity, patience and drive. From dance track to love ballad, every episode will feature a different theme that will require the contestants to write and perform lyrics from multiple genres. Their intimate life stories and personal drama will unfold within the show and in their lyrics as they compete and live together.
