Gavin and Brother Joey Opening NYC Bar

Singer-songwriter Gavin DeGraw is opening a downtown bar, National Underground, in two weeks. "It's an
Americana tavern with live music acts. I'm going to keep it small," he
told Page Six. DeGraw's brother, Joey, also a singer, will be
his co-owner, but don't expect any actresses to be hanging around. "I
don't look for famous girlfriends," DeGraw said. He's also releasing an
album tentatively titled, "Medicate the Kids." "I may change that name,
though. John Mayer told me it sounds like the one before the good one."
In a Myspace Bulletin sent out today, Gavin said:
wanted to let yall know about the new bar me and my brother just opened
in nyc. GRAND OPENING is TONIGHT!!! So come down and join us!!! gotta

New Album Release Date

drop April 1, 2008. New single "I'm In Love With A Girl" will be
available January 14 -- going to radio January 21.

Jimmie Johnson Foundation Fundraiser
Gavin performed at a charity fundraiser dinner and auction on August 28, 2007 in San Diego, California, promoting
the Jimmie Johnson Foundation Charity Golf Tournament to raise money for habitat
for Humanity. Gavin also presented Nascar driver Jimmie Johnson a $10,000 check.

Chevy Magazine Ad
Gavin appears in a magazine ad for Chevy, in the current issue of Fashion Rocks with Jennifer Lopez on the cover. Fashion Rocks is a supplemental magazine free with other magazines like Glamour, Allure and Wired.

Gavin to Receive Award

Stevie Wonder, Clive Davis, Jermaine Dupri and other industry greats will take
part in Songs of Hope IV, a special silent auction and awards benefit for City
of Hope on November 1.
Held at the Esquire House 360 in Beverly Hills, the event will feature intimate
performances by Stevie Wonder, Gavin DeGraw, and others. In addition, Clive
Davis will present Stevie Wonder with "The Clive Davis Legends in Songwriting"
award. Jermaine Dupri will receive "The Songs of Hope Music Innovator" award and
Gavin DeGraw will be receiving "The Martin Bandier New Horizons" award.

Honolulu Tour Date

Info About Miller Acoustic Shows
To clarify information about Miller Lite's acoustic shows at the train stations: the shows take place on the train (except for the HOB show on May 27)
and you must win tickets through special promotions that Miller will be having.
From prnewswire.com: The Miller Lite "Taste Revolution" Express starts May 18 at Union
Station in Los Angeles, concluding more than two weeks later in Miller's
hometown of Milwaukee. The tour will visit 11 cities and will feature "Join
the Taste Revolution" stops in each location, as well as private acoustic
performances by acclaimed singer/songwriter Gavin DeGraw aboard the
passenger train. DeGraw will also perform club shows at eight of the stops.

New Tour Dates
Gavin will be performing shows on Miller Lite's Save The Taste Concert Tour in May and June.
He will be playing acoustic shows at train stations, and full band shows later at night. I do not have any information on tickets or age limits yet. You can win a 2 day train trip with Gavin on the Miller Lite site.

2nd Netherlands Show

Netherlands Visit
From Esther: I just found out Gavin is coming to the Netherlands on Monday the
6th of March. He'll play two songs live on the radio. The radio
station is called 3FM and the show airs between 18.00 and 20.00. For
those who miss it, they can listen to it until five days after the
actual show on swijnenstal.nl.
He is also going to give a very
special concert on Tuesday. Tickets can only be won on the radio
station "radio 538", this weekend (the 4th and 5th of March). Gavin
is going to stay for one more day after that because he is a guest on
"Evers staat op", a radio show on "radio 538" on Wednesday. It airs
between 6 am and 10 am.
